The Project CPB Contractors, in Alliance partnership with Sedgman, SC Joint Venture (SCJV) has been selected by BHP to undertake the Western Ridge Crusher Project, involving construction of a new primary crusher, a 12-kilometre overland conveyor, radial stacker, and associated stockpiling systems, with a capacity of 30Mtpa. The Project is located on Nyiyaparli Country, approximately 21 Kilometres southwest of Newman, in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. Works are commencing now and will go through until mid-2026. Your Opportunity We are currently seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our project team. Working closely with the Finance, Engineering and Management teams, in this key role you will be driving the effective, efficient and accurate delivery of the site-based administration activities. Responsibilities include: Preparation of relevant documentation including assisting with the formatting/typing of correspondence, submissions and presentations Maintain an effective filing/archiving system to ensure records and documents are suitably protected from damage and are readily available Assist with matching invoices and support documents for creditor claims Responsible for the process of Purchase Requisitions and Discretionary spending processes Manage budget transfers and project contingency movement for reporting About You Previous administration experience within a construction, resources, or heavy industry environment. Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with JDE would be desirable; however, training is available. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage own time effectively. Willingness to work on 14 days on, 7 days off, Fly in Fly out roster.
