They manufacture a premium, high-quality product enjoyed worldwide and are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service/Sales Administrator to join their team on a 3-month temporary contract, with the potential for a permanent role for the right candidate. With brand-new offices and off-street parking, this is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and friendly environment. Your Role As a Customer Service/Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless order processing and exceptional customer service. Working alongside another Sales Administrator, your key responsibilities will include: Overseeing and reviewing incoming orders through Business Central, ensuring accurate customer details, pricing, and discounts Manually entering customer orders received via email into Business Central Checking orders for accuracy and discrepancies Liaising with customers via phone and email, assisting with enquiries Processing credit claims and coordinating stock transfers as required Preparing sales reports and providing administrative support to the sales team To succeed in this role, you will have: 3 years of experience in a Sales Administrator or similar role Strong attention to detail and a proactive, deadline-driven mindset Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing high-level customer service Ability to work both independently and as part of a small, collaborative team Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Business Central is highly regarded Flexibility to take on additional administrative tasks as needed What’s in It for You?
