Your Role This is a permanent full-time opportunity within the Customer Service Team, where you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer support. Your responsibilities will include: Communicating with existing clients via phone and email. Maintaining and updating client records accurately. Building and nurturing strong customer relationships. Investigating and resolving customer complaints efficiently. Providing customers with timely updates on order delivery status. Coordinating with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams to meet customer needs. Performing general administrative tasks as required. About You You are a proactive and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong sense of urgency when it comes to customer service. Your ability to understand customer needs and deliver successful outcomes sets you apart. Key Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role. Exceptional attention to detail and accurate data entry skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude. Proficiency in computer systems, with the ability to learn new software quickly. Experience with SAP Business One is highly regarded. A professional and enthusiastic approach with a strong work ethic. Excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport with customers. What's in it for you?
