About the Role This welcoming Early Childhood Service is centrally located in Wagga Wagga , close to schools, parks, and local amenities. Youll work alongside a team of experienced and passionate educators who value connection, creativity, and collaboration. As the ECT in the Kindergarten room, you will: Lead a team of educators and guide meaningful learning experiences Design and evaluate programs tailored to each childs unique interests and strengths Build relationships with families, schools, and the local community Help the centre maintain or exceed National Quality Standard Our approach is informed by contemporary research and includes frameworks like Circle of Security , Project-Based Learning , and the Abecedarian Approach , giving you access to some of the most advanced early childhood pedagogies.
