In this Adelaide based role, you will bring your advanced expertise in electrical engineering, power systems, and control systems to design and deliver complex engineering solutions. You’ll work closely with clients to refine project scopes, ensure technical excellence, and drive successful project outcomes within budget and schedule. As a senior leader, you’ll also provide mentorship to junior engineers and take accountability for project performance, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities: Lead complex electrical engineering projects within power systems and control systems. Engage with clients to develop and refine scopes of work. Mentor and guide technical teams to achieve project success. Ensure designs meet project requirements, budgets, and timeframes. Drive quality, safety, and compliance in all engineering solutions. What You’ll Need: Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with 5 years of experience in automation, Defence, energy, or manufacturing. Eligibility for state-based engineering registration in Electrical Engineering. Proven leadership and design management experience. Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Deep understanding of systems engineering principles and practices .
