Designer / Product Developer looking for your next opportunity? This 12-month maternity cover role, with the scope to become permanent, offers the chance to work on trend-driven collections for major wholesale clients. You'll play a key role in designing and developing commercially successful jewellery and accessories ranges tailored to the needs of leading retailers. As a Jewellery & Accessories Designer / Developer, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end design and product development process, ensuring that our collections align with market trends and client expectations. Working closely with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams, you’ll help bring innovative, high-quality accessories to the wholesale market. Key Responsibilities: Trend forecasting – research emerging trends and translate them into must-have accessories. Product design & development – create CAD designs, tech packs, and specifications for production. Material & trim sourcing – work with suppliers to develop innovative jewellery and accessories. Sampling & approvals – manage prototypes, fit samples, and quality checks. Wholesale client collaboration – work closely with key accounts to develop bespoke ranges. Range planning – curate collections that align with brand direction and customer demand. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in jewellery or accessories design/product development. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel. Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and production processes. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines. Experience liaising with local and offshore suppliers. A team player with a passion for fashion and accessories.
