The Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic Learning Diversity Teacher to join the team on a part-time (0.6). 1-year fixed-term contract basis The successful candidate will work alongside experienced teaching staff to provide tailored support for students with diverse learning needs. This is a wonderful opportunity for an educator who is passionate about inclusion, differentiation, and making a meaningful impact on students' learning experiences. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement personalized learning plans for students with diverse learning needs. Provide one-on-one and small group support in both classroom and individual settings. Collaborate with teachers, learning support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students. Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and adjustments to teaching strategies. Foster an inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement, confidence, and growth. Key Requirements: A teaching qualification and current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT). Expertise in learning diversity and experience working with students with a range of learning needs. Strong understanding of differentiated instruction and evidence-based practices in inclusive education. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
