It owns and operates 6 manufacturing sites, warehouses, and substantial internal transport and logistics infrastructure. The company has a position available for a suitably qualified engineer to assist in various areas of the company's operations as well as participate in new projects, design of new processes, and general assistance in various aspects of the business The Position: Assist in all aspects of the engineering within the company where required Provide engineer assistance to the company's existing operations Design of new processes Aid in the assessment of the viability of new projects Partake in the selection criteria of new process equipment Assisting in the overseeing in the construction of the new plant Assist in the engagement of trades and ensure work is carried out by plant design Assist in general duties required within various business units Assist if required in HAZOP studies and formulating on SOP's Ensure all site visitors and contractors have been inducted to work Assist and participate in the hiring of new plant operators Commissioning of the new plant Performing and / or ensuring ongoing maintenance programs of plant Engineer documentation and file saving for preservation of company data Other miscellaneous duties as requested by management. Attending management meetings Some travel to other Plant locations This position is ideally suited to a person with a long-term career view.
