The Duties Prepare and deliver weekly sales reports to directors, tracking performance against targets. Maintain and update the online sales board, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency. Oversee the central sales intranet to improve accessibility. Organise team-building activities, incentive trips, and social events that foster a strong, collaborative culture. Implement and manage new processes and initiatives for directors to improve efficiency. Manage vendor relationships, tender writing, and event coordination. Supervise a remote sales administrator, ensuring operational efficiency. Collaborate with HR on smooth onboarding, offboarding, and training coordination. The Requirements Proven experience in sales operations within a sales-driven environment. Highly organised with a proactive approach to process improvement. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in reporting. Experience in vendor management, tender writing, and event coordination. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
