Zoom Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Sales Support Officer to work on an ongoing full-time assignments based in Canning Vale. We are seeking a dedicated Sales Support Officer to join our client's team with a well-known gas / gas cylinder company. This is an opportunity to showcase your sales skills, and contribute to the overall success of the organisation in a phone based internal sales role. You will also work collaboratively with the sales team, a team of 5 Account Managers to effectively manager customer relationships and support the sales administration process. Key Responsibilities Update and communicate with clients Undertake administration support across the sales process Lead by example by showing initiative and a positive attitude Coordinate and cooperate with the sales, customer service, ooperations and transport teams where necessary to acheive goals and targets Assisting with marketing The successful candidate will have: Call centre experience Willingness to cold call Strong written & verbal communication skills Proficient in the MS Office suite Experience using Salesforce (highly desirable) Excellent time management skills Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills A high level of attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast paced working environment Ability to complete mandatory Drug and Alcohol testing and Functional Assessment MUST have FULL working rights in Australia.
