You will receive mentorship and work on real projects, gaining valuable experience in UX research and collaborating with industry professionals. Conduct user research for websites, apps, and others. Contribute to the development and maintenance of the design system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure pixel-perfect designs. Prepare the presentations to communicate design ideas effectively. Stay detail-oriented and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate empathy for users and maintain a positive, proactive attitude. Advance in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Present a portfolio that highlights user experience skills and projects. Attend meetings, adapt to feedback, and show continuous growth. Manage tasks independently and with team collaboration.
