About the Role: As a Procurement Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with Essity Global Procurement Procedures and Standards. You will manage the reporting of KPIs linked to Supplier Relationship Management, Power BI Spend Reporting, and maintain the Contract Management System, Purchasing Information Records, and processing of purchase orders. We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in procurement systems and data analysis tools like Power BI. A proactive, team-oriented mindset and the flexibility to adapt to changing needs will ensure success in this role. You’ll collaborate with a diverse range of key stakeholders, including Strategic Sourcing Managers, Manufacturing Site Operations, Quality Managers, and Sustainability Managers. You’ll also work closely with Regional Sales Offices and cross-functional teams such as IT and Power BI. If this is you, we’d love to talk. What You Will Do: Maintain the Contract Management System. Ensure GSS compliance reporting. Manage Purchasing Information Records. Oversee Supplier Approval Procedure workflow and records. Generate Power BI spend reports. Maintain the Procurement Intranet Page. Process purchase orders. Report KPIs for Supplier Relationship Management. Who You Are: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a procurement administrator or buyer role. Collaborative and team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills. Ethical, accountable, and committed to high standards of integrity. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Commercially savvy with a good understanding of procurement processes. Proficient in SAP. Highly proficient in Power BI, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and Teams. Experience with MS Copilot is desirable. Permanent residency or Australian citizenship required.
