My client is one of Australia’s niche providers of specialist food products, they have experienced consistent growth throughout their business and are now seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Administration and Customer Service Manager to join their team in Western Sydney. This hands-on position will be responsible for leading a small administrative and customer service focused team, ensuring all administrative and customer related enquiries are managed in a professional and efficient manner. In addition to administration and customer service, this position will have a focus on some finance, employment administrative duties and additional tasks that may be required, whilst working collaboratively with the leadership team to ensure that business goals are being reached. This is a genuine opportunity for someone seeking to further advance their career or take the next step in a management position.
