About The Role Based in Lytton and reporting to the Sales Manager, the Internal Sales Representative will be responsible to manage and grow a number of Internal Accounts which involves Outbound tele-sales calls to Potential, Active, and Inactive accounts; Inbound sales enquiries; Regular reporting & analysis on your clients; Generating, sending and following up quotations; and booking meetings for Business Development Managers. Tasks and responsibilities Making outbound calls to customers and prospects Handling inbound sales enquiries – phone, website, webchat. Preparing, emailing and following up quotes Working alongside Business Development Managers and booking appointments Logging details of all customer interactions in the CRM system. About You Minimum 2 years experience in a similar internal sales/customer support role Experience in cold calling and telemarketing Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills Highly organised with strong time & task management skills Competitive nature and hunger for sales Advanced proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Benefits Generous salary package Company-wide profit share program Awesome company culture Onsite parking, monthly team lunches, staff rewards and more All applicants must be eligible to live and work in Australia.
