Client Details Our client is a dynamic non-bank lender specialising in providing loans to assist vendors with the preparation and promotion costs associated with selling a property, as well as loans for real estate agents secured against future receivable commission Description Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards. Ensure proper accounting for loan transactions, including vendor assistance loans and commission-secured loans for real estate agents. Maintain the general ledger and ensure that all transactions are recorded accurately. Reconcile bank accounts, loan receivables, and intercompany transactions. Provide detailed financial analysis to senior management on key financial metrics. Profile Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, with a keen eye for identifying and resolving discrepancies or inefficiencies. Ethical and able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data with integrity. A team player who works well in a collaborative environment, but also able to take initiative and work independently when required.
