About our Opportunities As a valued team member of our Girraween branch, you will provide an exceptional level of service to our customers responding to enquiries, and troubleshooting solutions to improve the customer experience and to meet the requirements of the customer. You're a specialist administrative support to the Sales Team, contributing to the overall success of the sales team and supporting the Account Managers in coordinating orders with the Account Manager and the customer. In addition, you’ll: review quotes, plans and pricing prepare quotations, place orders into our CRM system and convert and schedule in orders action and follow-up customer sales and service enquiries facilitate inbound / outbound calls in a fast paced environment About you We’re looking to leverage your customer service and administrative experience and someone who demonstrates a keenness to learn.
