OUR CLIENT: Our client is a residential builder known for delivering developments across Victoria. Due to ongoing growth & success, our client is seeking passionate Business Development Manager to join their team in their Wholesale division. THE ROLE: Reporting to the Victorian Sales Manager, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Drive Sales in line with KPI targets for wholesale builds Develop a portfolio of referral partners Play a key role in establishing, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with developers, vendors, referral partners, land agents, and other external stakeholders. Administration duties - including entering EOI's, responding to queries and working closely with the administration team who will action your package requests. Collaborate with marketing & sales teams to drive campaigns and initiatives through channel partners. Analyse sales data to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to improve partner effectiveness. IDEAL CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, target-driven, and passionate about sales. To be successful in the role: Proven experience as a Business Development manager is essential, ideally in housing, however open to speaking to candidates outside of industry. Strong ability to influence, negotiate & build relationships Self motivated & driven by targets Minimum 2 years in a similar sales role.
