This role is pivotal in maintaining a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment. You will handle hands-on tasks and basic maintenance to keep our facilities running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Facility Maintenance: Perform basic repairs and adjustments, including repositioning low-level racking beams and floor-level safety repairs. Ensure safety fencing, signage, and exclusion zones are up to standard. Adhering to the existing external contract agreements such as pest, cleaning, fire maintenance, security systems and racking maintenance. Risk Assessment: Conduct basic risk assessments, including first-level evaluations of tagged-out forklifts. Ongoing Maintenance: Identify and address basic maintenance needs throughout the facility, from minor repairs in kitchens and bathrooms to ensuring all equipment is in working order. Safety and Compliance: Ensure all maintenance tasks adhere to safety standards and compliance requirements, including relevant legislation and company policies. Requirements: Relevant Warehousing experience, MHE experience and/or relevant experience coordinating facility and or assets in a large fast-paced distribution center Must have current LF Forklift License Previous experience in Facilities & Preventative Maintenance environment Your new team: A leading company in the automotive sector, we're listed on the ASX with a revenue of around $1.7B.
