Customer Service & Administration Officers (2 Positions) Permanent Part-Time | 7-Day Roster | Launceston Are you a people person who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing role? If so, we want you on our team Kinetic is Australia and New Zealand’s largest bus operator, moving people safely and reliably 365 days a year . We’re looking for two Customer Service & Administration Officers to be the first point of contact for our passengers, providing exceptional service and support across our Launceston network. What You’ll Do: Be a friendly face for our passengers, answering questions and providing travel information. Assist customers with ticketing, reservations, and sales to ensure a smooth journey. Support our drivers and ensure a comfortable travel experience for everyone. Assist passengers with luggage handling when required. Handle phone and email enquiries in a polite and professional manner. Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of customer spaces. Ensure cash handling and transactions are secure and accurate. Work across a 7-day roster , including weekends and public holidays, to keep Launceston moving What We’re Looking For: A strong background in customer service – experience in transport, retail, or hospitality is a plus A proactive and hands-on approach – you enjoy interacting with people and solving problems. Strong administration and communication skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy, customer-facing environment .
