With a focus on scaling their platform, they are seeking an experienced Product Leaders to drive growth, refine features based on industry feedback, and bridge the gap between business goals and technical development. The Role: As the Product Development Lead, you will be responsible for executing the product roadmap, ensuring alignment between business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility. You’ll work closely with the engineering team (frontend, backend, UX), sales, and marketing, to refine and scale for commercial success. Key Responsibilities: Own the product roadmap – Prioritise and execute the development strategy in alignment with business objectives and market needs. Lead product development – Work closely with the distributed engineering team to drive high-quality delivery. Respond to commercialisation needs – Adapt and refine the product based on feedback from early customers and market conditions. User-driven innovation – Work closely with customers and industry stakeholders to refine features based on real-world usage. Bridge business and tech – Translate commercial goals into clear development priorities for the engineering team. Stakeholder collaboration – Engage with the founder, sales, and marketing to align product strategy with go-to-market efforts. Experience needed SaaS product leadership – Ideally within B2B, construction tech, or industrial software. Strong technical understanding – Comfortable working with software engineers and UX designers (though you don’t need to code). Track record of shipping great products – Experience in taking a product from pilot to market and iterating based on user feedback. Experience working with non-technical founders – Ability to work alongside founders with deep market and industry knowledge, translating insights into actionable product improvements. Agile mindset – Experience with Scrum/Kanban methodologies to drive efficient development. Excellent communication & stakeholder management – Ability to collaborate with a globally distributed team.
