Atlas Recruitment have paired with a well known mid tier commercial builder that are looking for their next HSO to join their Safety team. Working on a project up to $30M in Value, as part of the site management team, the HSO will: Induct plant & personnel utilizing Hammertech Conduct toolbox talks & Site inspections daily Maintain safety standards across the project with all levels of stakeholders Undertake Risk Assessments, Workplace Inspections and Task Observations Develop Toolbox Meetings and promote positive Safety Culture Coordinate and Conduct Incident Investigations to identify root cause and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence Essential skills & qualifications Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety Management 2 Years Experience in Safety Role High Risk Construction Work Experience – Construction, Mining, Petroleum & Manufacturing Current Provide First Aid and CPR Certificate Current National Police Clearance Ability to obtain Working with Children Check and Aged Care Sector Employment Check A Salary guide of $90-110K package is on offer for this role.
