About the Role We are seeking a Product Designer to join our team and help us scale up our product experience across mobile and web. As designers at Resonate, we believe in making magic. Our primary role is to become the voice of our users and making the team rally behind it to create delightful product experience. You will be working on design of a SAAS platform that enables large enterprise businesses across the globe to listen to their customers all day, every day. A typical week of a designer at Resonate involves user research, brainstorming, sketching, prototyping, and collaborating with a cross-functional team to ship great products. For you to succeed in the role, you will need to have and exceptional attention to detail and a passion for crafting delightful user experience. You will be working in a fast-paced cross-functional team where good communication skill is a must. About You Degree or formal training in design (human-computer interaction, web or visual design) Skills and experience with product design principles and tools Experience in the end to end design processes including research, prototyping, testing and visual design Understanding of best practices, and design patterns Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive frameworks Ability to function independently and in a team environment with solid collaboration skills Have a problem solving attitude with communication skill to articulate ideas and designs Be passionate about design and technologies.
