The Role We are looking for a friendly, versatile and reliable Customer Service Officer to join our team at Stapylton. Our Customer Service team play an important part in helping to achieve the profitable sales of Adbri Masonry products by delivering superior customer service. This 'hands on' role requires someone who has the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities. If you are process orientated or have experience in manufacturing and logistics this could be the opportunity for you. This is a permanent, full-time position with flexibility required to work rotating shifts between 6.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday. If you love providing excellent customer service and want to work as part of a friendly team who will help you learn about our products and systems - apply now Responsibilities Process data into SAP Deliver a high level of customer service Answer customer calls and respond to emails professionally and efficiently Process customer orders Process customer returns/credits Coordinate deliveries Assist Despatch in processing driver paperwork Process special Made to Order product (MTO) orders Ensure safety, health and environmental standards are maintained What you will need to succeed Effective communication skills Ability to always operate in a friendly and professional manner Willingness to be part of a dynamic team Ability to prioritise and think on your feet Demonstrated high level computer skills SAP experience is desirable Our Business Adbri Masonry is Australia’s leading concrete products manufacturer supplying quality concrete bricks, blocks, pavers, retaining walls, erosion control products and architectural masonry solutions.
