The Position Reporting into a Project Manager and working across 2 projects you will be providing support in the following areas. Open to chatting with candidates at a junior to intermediate level. Liaising with all trades and suppliers Liaising with Client/Project Superintendent Attending meetings with Clients/Project Superintendent / subbies onsite Cost management of trades through construction process Cost control and head contract administration. General administrative duties Document control Processing and review of invoices/progress claims Background / Skillset Construction Management or related degree Highly developed skills in the control of project financials and construction procurement Experience administering head contracts and resolving contractual matters with clients Ideally looking for someone from a commercial construction background In depth understanding of corporate values, policies and procedures.
