Your New Role As a Contracts Administrator , you will play a key role in supporting project delivery, working closely with Project Managers and Site Teams to ensure commercial and contractual aspects are managed effectively. Your Duties and Responsibilities Preparing and reviewing contracts, subcontracts, and procurement documents Managing project costs, budgets, and financial reporting Assessing and processing progress claims and variations Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients Assisting with project scheduling and ensuring contractual compliance Supporting risk management and dispute resolution processes What You Will Need to Succeed Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial construction, ideally within fitout/refurbishment Strong understanding of contract law, cost control, and procurement Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in CHEOPS (preferred) or other construction software What You Will Get in Return Competitive salary package based on experience A supportive team environment with room for growth Exposure to complex and interesting projects Stability within an established Brisbane contractor Immediate start available
