Join our dynamic team for an exciting opportunity as a Sales Development professional on a full-time basis In this role, you'll be at the forefront of driving sales growth in NSW, promoting IPD's cutting-edge solutions in industrial automation, motors, motor control, and LV power distribution products. You'll have the chance to build and nurture key relationships with a diverse range of industry leaders, including end users, EPCs, industrial contractors, utilities, system integrators, and OEMs, while playing a pivotal role in our growth and success This role will report directly to the Sales Manager and will be based ay our office in Wetherill Park. Duties & responsibilities: Developing and implementing sales strategies to maintain existing business while driving new business growth. Demonstrating a "hunter" mentality by researching and identifying new prospects and sales opportunities. Building and nurturing key accounts within the customer base. Cultivating senior-level relationships with key customer types to understand their business drivers. Following a structured sales process to effectively qualify, developing, and closing customer opportunities. Collaborating with both local and national teams to ensure the allocation of effective resources to key opportunities. Experience & attributes: 5 years sales experience within the Industrial Automation / Electrical sector Engineering capability and supporting qualifications within the Industrial Automation / Electrical sector highly desirable Self-motivated, proactive and sales focused A collaborative team player A sound communicator, possessing strong written communication and presentation skills A sales professional with a strong sales process Experienced in developing and executing sales strategies to build a strong sales pipeline A consultative selling approach A strong ability in value based solution selling Benefits & provisions: Fully maintained company vehicle or vehicle allowance Laptop & mobile phone provided Positive and personable team culture Culture of reward & celebration of results About us IPD Group is a dynamic ASX listed, Australian owned business.
