Your role will include: Preparing accurate cost estimates to ensure project feasibility. Developing detailed project schedules, coordinating multiple trades to keep timelines on track. Working closely with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to optimise workflows and enhance cost efficiency. Monitoring project progress, making strategic adjustments to stay on budget and schedule. Contributing to competitive tendering and bidding processes to secure new projects. Providing technical insights and support to the construction team for smooth execution. What we’re looking for: 3 years of experience in an Estimating/Scheduling role within the residential construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost estimation techniques. Proficiency in costing software & Microsoft Suite Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
