About the Company Our client is a well-known brand and leader in their sector, they are a national business with various sites incorporating their trusted brands that trade professional products and services within the agriculture industry. About the role As the Customer Service Officer your day-to-day responsibilities will be to manage operations between Customers and the Sales Team and assist with the processing of customer orders accurately and within agreed customer delivery schedules. Your professional and courteous manner in the role will be paramount in achieving a high level of customer satisfaction and optimum service levels. Process customer orders, ensure accurate data entry into ERP systems (Exact/Dynamics 365), and confirm product availability. Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding order status, inquiries, and issue resolution. Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Finance) to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment. Maintain up-to-date records of customer information, stock levels, and order books within ERP systems. Address order discrepancies, process credit requests, and escalate unresolved issues when necessary. About you You are a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can efficiently manage customer interactions, order processing. You are comfortable engaging with internal stakeholders and customers to affectively support business operations. Your experience includes: 1-2 years of customer service experience (preferred). Experience with Exact or Dynamics 365 ERP systems (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively. High level of computer literacy and data entry accuracy. Confidence in handling phone inquiries and customer interactions. Problem-solving and proactive approach to resolving customer issues. Capacity to work independently and collaboratively. Why move?
