Applications for the following permanent position are sought to commence as soon as possible: Retail Assistant Part Time, Term Time position Monday - Friday 6.30am-2.30pm St Hilda’s School is seeking to appoint an experienced Retail Assistant to work in the Food Retail Outlets (School Cafeteria/Tuckshop). Applicants for the above position must have a strong commitment to safe working practices and be able to function as part of a team. Experience in retail sales, a commitment to excellent customer service and a Food Safety Supervisor’s Statement of Attainment for the required competencies are advantages. Knowledge of Point of Sale Systems essential. Qualifications and Requirements Current Paid Blue Card or application in progress Current Driver’s License This role must be performed on school campus due to front facing customer service element with students and staff Must be able to satisfy the physical requirements of the role, including standing, bending, pulling, pushing and lifting Golf buggy training upon commencement for food deliveries The successful applicant must have their name submitted to the Anglican Church’s Professional Standards Register and be able to support the Anglican ethos and Code of Conduct of St Hilda’s School.
