Customer Service Representative – Temporary Role (Up to 6 Months) Location: Chadstone Corporate Offices Full-time Hours | Immediate Start Are you an experienced customer service professional with a strong background in logistics, order management, and import/export? We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative (Temporary) to join a dynamic team for up to six months. About the Role This is an end-to-end processing role requiring strong knowledge of international trade, transport, and scheduling. You will support supply chain functions, ensuring smooth coordination across logistics, planning, procurement, and operations. Key Responsibilities • Process and monitor purchase orders (PO) with affiliates, suppliers, and freight forwarders • Track and update order ETAs, sailing schedules, and inbound shipments • Communicate with vendors to resolve order or delivery issues • Flag delays and coordinate with the supply chain team to minimise disruptions • Ensure on-time and in-full (OTIF) delivery for customers • Monitor materials to prevent detention or demurrage fees • Provide support on ad-hoc supply chain planning tasks What We’re Looking For • Experience in logistics, order management, and import/export within a manufacturing or trading company • Strong scheduling and problem-solving skills • SAP experience (PO module highly preferred) • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) • Full working rights in Australia (no restrictions) About Veritas Recruitment Veritas are committed to placing you in the perfect temporary, contract, or permanent role.
