Temp to Perm role Supportive and caring team environment Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm (flexible with hours) Our client is the distributor for some of Australia's leading beauty and health brands and we have an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Customer Service Supervisor. With a strong culture, events to attend and an annual conference every year, you won't want to miss out on this role Responsibilities: Team Management Participate in weekly warehouse and customer service meetings Manage and oversee productivity of teams Manage and escalate any HR issues Drive a positive team culture Coach and develop the team Order Management Categorize the orders throughout each day Review and approve orders Liase with reps on order accuracy Place orders/picking slips in tray for collection Conduct block order reviews, run reports Raise and print invoices and labels Assist with basic invoicing Customer Service Answer or re-direct general enquiring and requests from staff and customers Process returns Organise credits Check off on stock returned and if stock is sellable or written off To be successful in the role: You must have a positive attitude and great attention to detail Have excellent customer service and communications skills Be able to use your initiative Strong technical abilities Benefits: Parking onsite Flexible working hours Opportunities for continuous learning and development.
