We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contract Administrator to join an established and growing commercial builder in Western Sydney. Delivering projects between $2 and $15 million. As a Contract Administrator, you'll be responsible for overseeing the contract management process, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. You'll work closely with project teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations across a variety of commercial projects. Key Responsibilities: Administer contracts from start to finish, ensuring all parties meet their obligations. Coordinate the procurement process and manage subcontractor agreements. Monitor project progress and assist with budget control. Prepare and assess variations, claims, and payments. Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions. Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. About You: Proven experience as a Contract Administrator within the commercial construction industry. GC21 experience desired Proven experince delivering projects over $10 million Strong understanding of contract law and commercial construction processes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. High attention to detail and organizational abilities. Experience with project management software (Procore, Aconex, or similar) is desirable.
