We are looking for our NSW Government client for a Legal Support Administrator based in Sydney or Newcastle The role is a key point of contact for customers and stakeholders to assist with enquiries and deliver excellent customer service. The role also provides administrative support to the Wills and Estate Planning Legal teams to ensure the provision of seamless services that are customer and outcomes focused. We are looking for the following skill sets and experience: • Act as a point of contact and responding to enquiries from customers and stakeholders to provide a timely and effective information and referral service for NSW Agency. • Undertake a range of administrative support services relating to the work of the team and division, including, but not limited to, word processing, data entry, fee agreements, correspondence and meeting papers and minutes, maintaining electronic and file records (including file closure and safe custody of document processes) and support with meetings and events. • Prepare legal documents (such as Powers of Attorney, Appointments of Enduring Guardianship and Wills) and witness documents. • Collaborate with Customer Experience Division to deliver consistent and co-ordinated advice to customers by maintaining a contemporary approach to service delivery and customer engagement through a range of strategies including face-to-face, video conferencing at location and remotely. • Undertake routine administrative tasks and activities in accordance with relevant policies, practices and standards.
