Primary Objective As a Customer Service Representative you will play a crucial hands-on role in the delivery of exceptional customer service to all stakeholders including all employees and our valued customers. This is a pivotal role that communicates with all levels of management, and departments to ensure expectations are met and customers are satisfied. Responsibilities: • adhere to all company policies and procedures • recognise, follow and actively support safety as a priority in everything we do • Order taking & assisting customers with their queries. • Preparing relevant documentation [delivery dockets, driver run sheets, C of A’s, con notes etc.] • Contacting customers about deliveries, blanket orders, etc. • Answering incoming calls. • Booking and assisting third-party freight with pickups. • Organising and maintaining customer shipping documentation. • Maintaining spreadsheets relating to customer orders. • Relieving reception duties when required. • Assisting Logistics when required. • Other miscellaneous duties within your department as required.
