If so, we want to hear from you About the Role: Working in a modern, open-plan, paperless office, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the business. Responsibilities: Manning the front office Petty cash control Managing stationery orders, couriers, kitchen, equipment, and utilities maintenance Providing administrative assistance to the Franchise Department, including franchisee administration and data collation Fulfillment of franchise marketing materials Email management Minute taking Other ad-hoc tasks as required Key Skills and Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role Knowledge of MYOB and/or XERO preferred but not essential Excellent attention to detail Highly computer literate with intermediate Excel skills Strong problem-solving abilities A proactive approach to improving administrative processes Experience with Asana advantageous Excellent communication skills Flexibility and adaptability A positive, fun-filled attitude with a sense of humour Benefits: Be part of a successful and growing franchise network.
