Description Reporting into the CFO your responsibilities will include: End to end payroll functions globally (including Australia, Dubai, Netherlands & USA offices) Process leave (vacation, unpaid, sick) Record payroll data in various global payroll software programs (including Xero) Initiate direct deposits for payroll globally Alter employee tax status as needed as well as any information about withholding Assisting with end of month reporting related to payroll Processing new employee's contracts and terminations (from a payroll perspective) Managing Superannuation Choice funds for employees Answering general payroll enquiries & Resolving payroll issues Profile The successful candidate will have at least 3 years in a similar end-to-end payroll position. They should be tech-savvy, with Xero experience as a bonus. Additionally, they will be mature, able to work independently, responsible and will understand confidentiality.
