The Role We are seeking a highly experienced Pre-Construction Administrator with prior experience in a similar role with a residential home builder. Liaising with clients, consultants, councils and relevant authorities through the progress of the build to identify and discuss any issues, complaints, changes or updates. Managing client folders, contracts and other documentation Preparing and lodging CDC/ DA/ CC/OC with respective Authorities/Certifiers Ordering reports and lodging applications (Soil test/surveys, HOW, Waterboard, Engineers, Driveways etc) Preparing HIA contracts, Tender Documents, Preliminary Agreements, and Consents Managing the administrative process/workflow for the pre-construction phase through to construction The Candidate Minimum 4-5 years experience within a pre-construction or pemits role with residential home builder Comprehensive understanding of DA/CDC/CC application requirements High level of organisational skills and ability to multi-task Strong written and verbal communication skills The Benefits Salary ranging from $85K - $95K superannuation, experience dependant Flexible working hours and 1 work from home day per week Join an award winning business within the high-end residential construction sector Work with a extremely high performing team with ongoing support and training provided Opportunity to increase your salary yearly based on performance Close to public transport and a short walk from the Sydney Metro In the past 5 years we have been extremely humbled to have placed over 14,000 people into meaningful employment .
