We are seeking an experienced sales leader as Head of Sales to lead a sales team, drive sales strategy and foster long-term client relationships working in the trenches showing your team the way. Key Responsibilities: Take full ownership and accountability for the sales function Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Drive new business development and expansion opportunities Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales goals with company vision About You: Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in IT or technology Strong knowledge of Managed IT Services and technology solutions Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to lead a team and foster a high-performance culture Regional VIC/NSW-based, or willing to relocate to a major NSW/VIC Regional area or based in Sydney/Melbourne with flexibility for travel each month.
