About the Job As Head Chef you will lead a team of 3 to 4 chefs within a very cool community cafe / brasserie that offers a very modern and stylish menu. This is a hands on role where you can work closely with the owner to manage wage and food cost and be responsible for the creative side of the menu. The role offers a genuine 40 hour week, Sunday and Mondays off with onsite parking. About the Company This is a super cool venue - Cafe in the inner west with a great reputation amongst the local community. The owner has a tremendous background within the coffee / cafe culture in Sydney and takes great care of his team Skills & Experience We are looking for a genuine and sincere Chef who is comfortable managing a small team. Someone who is a strong team player / leader and is confident in managing the associated costs and in menu development.
