ADMIN ASSISTANT (Perm Part time) A great opportunity exists for an Administration Assistant who is looking to either reduce their working hours or get back into the workforce, while their child is in day care. This position is suited to a person wishing to work from home. The role is with a small family company that has been in business over 17 years and encompasses administration & payroll support functions Details of this role are as follows: Good hourly casual rate of pay 15 - 20 hours per week Suits 3.5 Days per week – Ideally Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday but flexible Will be autonomous and completely working from home Quality training and genuine long-term position Duties include, although not limited to: Generation of weekly invoices Data entry of Invoices and other info into MYOB accounting system Manage debtor and creditor responsibilities, including follow-ups on outstanding payments Assist in maintaining some employee records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations Handle general admin telephone and email enquiries Other general administration duties To be considered for this position, you will have: Experience with MYOB accounting package (Essential) Previous experience in general data entry, reporting, and compliance.
