We are seeking a Volunteer Café all-rounder who has cooking background and passion to provide mentorship to young people who are enrolled in our Hospitality course. The café all rounder will also provide support to Chef/Trainer and Café Supervisor in all café duties including food preparation, making coffees and beverages, serving meals, providing excellent customer services. We are looking for someone who has had experience in the hospitality industry and who can volunteer for at least 3 days per week in our Oasis Café on Hely in Wyong. We have a small and friendly team who help guide our students as they gain work experience in the café while studying on-site for their Certificate III in Hospitality. Ideally, as a café all-rounder, you will be able to support our team in all areas of the café and most importantly be a great mentor to our students through the important and often challenging time of finding their first job. Key responsibilities Provide mentorship to young people who are enrolled in Hospitality course Support training and café team Provides quality customer service Clean and hygienic kitchen and surroundings in keeping with health regulations Exhibit professional image of the service, always displaying professionalism and integrity Qualifications and skills required · Hospitality experience preferred.
