Administration Assistant – Membership Services About the organisation: The Australian Institute of Building Surveyors is recognized national and internationally as the only professional body representing Building Surveying practitioners across Australia. Key responsibilities and duties: General administration on non-practicing member application, renewals, lapsed and resignation administration Assist with general membership administration Audit program administration, including emails, collation of documents, etc. Process CPD annual returns, answer emails, phone or mail queries about CPD Ensuring membership and CPD information is up to date and accurate on the system Responding to membership and CPD queries in a timely manner Cover reception calls Other administrative duties as required Previous skills and experience: Previous working experience with sound knowledge of office equipment, e.g. PC, photocopier, printer, etc. Sound skills with Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook, Teams, etc. Strong initiative and willingness to learn Demonstrated reliability and commitment High attention to detail, highly organized and great communication skills Customer centric with friendly and approachable manner Strong problem solving skills Ability to work on site 3 days, 2 days at home How to apply: If you are interested in applying, please submit your CV ASAP.
