Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Executive Assistant to support our Deputy Principal Learning & Teaching working 4 days per week on an ongoing permanent basis. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Deputy Principal Learning & Teaching, with reporting line to the Executive Assistant to the Executive Principal and working collaboratively with other administration team members. This role requires a proactive and organised individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of discretion and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be aligned with our Christian values and committed to our institute’s mission. Key Responsibilities - Manage the calendar of the Deputy Principal Learning & Teaching, scheduling meetings and diaries; - Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion; - Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations; - Coordinate and manage special projects and events; - Serve as a liaison between the all leaders across CREST Education, staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders; - Maintain organised files and records; - Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing office supplies; and - Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of our institution. Qualifications - A tertiary qualification or relevant experience in a similar role. - Strong commitment to Christian values and the mission of CREST Education. - Excellent organisational and time-management skills. - Superior written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - High level of professionalism and attention to detail. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. - Experience in an educational setting is advantageous.
