Description Wood is currently recruiting for Electricians to join our team for the upcoming shutdown at the Orbost Gas Plant in Orbost also opportunities in wider Victoria commencing February 2025. The successful candidates will be a qualified and experienced Electricians, preferably with oil and gas experience and have the tools required to complete their allocated tasks Responsibilities You will: Hold work rights to be able to work lawfully in Australia Be located in Victoria (near Orbost area is desirable but not preferred) You will have: A strong commitment to safety Proven experience working in an Oil & Gas shutdown environment Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screen An ability to communicate well at all levels Qualifications Essential Qualifications &Tickets: A Grade Electrical Trade Qualification Valid VIC Electrical Licence Current LVR/CPR Current First Aid Current Working at Heights and Confined spaced tickets are preferred but not essential If you’re an experienced Electrician, ready for your next project, then we are keen to hear from you today.
