We are currently looking for a customer focused and organised Retail Manager to join our team in Griffith (with travel to our Leeton brand required). Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to : Liaising with, developing and further enhancing relationships with suppliers, customers and other stakeholders. Providing high level customer service and marketing RWE's products and services. Promoting problem solving solutions for customers by developing timely, innovative and individual sales responses. Overseeing and ensuring all retail branches are maintained in a presentable manner and in accordance with WHS standards. Maintaining all stock and inventory, including maintaining accurate and sufficient stock levels, overseeing that stock is appropriately stored/ displayed, managing stocktake, bin locations and purchase / sell pricing across the branches. Assisting administration staff with audits, as necessary. Overseeing and managing retail/customer service staff in conjunction with the General Manager, including staff sales and performance, customer satisfaction results, staff rostering/hours and store coverage, staff leave requests and staff reviews. Providing mentoring, training and support to retail staff members. Other duties as required and/or as delegated in line with job role and required tasks. To be considered for this position, you will need to demonstrate : A Certificate in Retail or a minimum of five years technical industry and customer service experience National License to Perform High Risk Work - LF (to be obtained on job, if not current). Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills Experience in Retail and Inventory Management A good level of physical fitness (lifting and moving agricultural and plumbing stock) Strong organisation skills and attention to detail Manual license for motor vehicles. Familiarity with HR (Employment Hero) and other Retail Manager or equivalent accounting / POS software.
