What You’ll Do Shape and improve experiences for customers, clients, intermediaries, and staff. Use research-driven insights to map systems, diagnose challenges, and design future solutions. Work with executive stakeholders to define opportunities and deliver projects end to end. Apply a customer-first, data-led approach within a dynamic financial ecosystem. Work across both digital and strategic business programs. What You Bring ✅ 5-7 years’ experience in service, strategic, or experience design ✅ Strong research, design, and strategic communication skills ✅ Background in design (graphic, industrial, HCI, interaction) ✅ Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders ✅ Consulting and/or financial services experience
