Location : Bankstown, NSW Salary Package : $60-65k Super Role Highlights: As a Call Centre Consultant, you’ll represent our client, handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and care. You will also handle administrative and data entry tasks. Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist customers, provide solutions, and ensure a positive experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure positive outcomes for customers. Perform administrative duties, including accurate data entry and maintaining up-to-date customer records. Candidate Profile: In order to be successful in this role, you will have experience in a high-volume customer service environment and possess the following: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a high-volume call center environment is essential. Clear and professional communication, both verbal and written. Strong computer literacy and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. A detail-oriented approach to administrative and data entry tasks. Confidence in engaging with stakeholders and the ability to thrive in a team or independently.
