We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join a small, dynamic team within a well-established company based in Welshpool. Working for an industry leader in materials handling and storage solutions, this role requires someone flexible and capable of assisting with a broad range of warehousing duties. This permanent role involves a variety of tasks across the warehouse, so we are looking for someone who is adaptable, hands-on, and enjoys contributing to all areas of warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities: Packing and preparing orders for dispatch with accuracy. Unloading containers and delivery trucks. Keeping the warehouse and stock organised and in order. Light assembly of items. Accurately receipting goods in the ERP system, including correct handling of part numbers. Supporting the Warehouse Manager and stepping into their responsibilities when needed. Key Requirements: A forklift licence (essential). Physically fit and able to handle heavy items. Ability to quickly learn and understand product ranges and part numbers. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask. A proactive, flexible attitude and the ability to take initiative.
