About the company: A leading residential builder specialising in high-quality home renovations and additions across Sydney's North Shore is seeking a Part-Time Estimator to join their small, close-knit team. This is a great opportunity to work directly with the business owner, while enjoying flexible hours of two days a week. About the role: The Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates and quotations for highend renovation projects valued between $1M - $2M. The position offers 2 days per week and involves working closely with the owner on up to 4 projects at any given time. While renovations are their specialty, they are also currently managing a new build project. The role includes site visits to assess project requirements, ensuring accurate and timely estimates. Key Responsibilities : Prepare and manage cost estimates and quotations for renovation projects. Work directly with the owner on quoting for up to 4 projects. Visit sites to assess project scope and requirements. Collaborate with the team to ensure estimates align with project budgets. Skills & Experience : Experience in estimating residential renovations with a leading builder. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and costs. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently within a small team.
