You'll play a key role in managing data pipelines, integration, and governance. This role focuses on developing, supporting, and maintaining Power BI visualizations and the supporting data assets while ensuring data security, access controls, and compliance with governance policies. You'll work closely with stakeholders to create dynamic Power BI reports, support Master Data Management (MDM) tooling, and contribute to data policies and standards. Additionally, you'll explore Generative AI (Copilot) to enhance our data environment. Key Responsibilities: Interact with stakeholders to understand and deliver on their requirements Develop & maintain Power BI reports to meet business needs Manage data pipelines and ensure smooth data integration Apply data security, access controls, and governance standards Support Master Data Management (MDM) tools and documentation Contribute to IT strategy by improving data processes and policies Contribute to the continuous change in which RDO utilises and visualises data Explore and support AI initiatives (Copilot) for business applications About You: Proven experience in the delivery of data preparation and visualisations Demonstrate highly effective interpersonal skills at all levels, including strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to collect and express clear requirements Expertise in the maintenance and creation of PowerBI reporting products Expertise in data modelling methodologies and tooling with a focus on Microsoft available database technologies e.g. SQL Server Data Modelling Tools, Dataverse and similar Experience with cloud-based technologies that support data analytics practises Knowledge of data management, security, and governance requirements in retaining a healthy information management practice Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM) frameworks Proven analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills Proven ability to work across multidisciplinary teams Interest in Generative AI and emerging technologies We strongly encourage all candidates to learn more about RDO Equipment at our website; www.rdoequipment.com.au.
